Time to get serious… (ok not that serious, take the headband off…)

After the success of the 10 day challenge here is the 21 day transformation!!

Previously we compared the care of your spine to the care of your teeth, asking if 3 minutes of exercise twice a day could make a difference to your spinal health. It would seem the main difficulty is in remembering to do it. And so here is another subtle reminder. Do your exercises.

The point of the 21 day transformation is to choose something that you know you struggle with.

You know what the health habits are (good nutrition (inc. water), exercise (strength, stamina and suppleness), rest (including meditation), positive mental attitude and cleanliness). And you also know what is bad for your health. It is up to you to choose this time to pick something to work on and COMMIT – so that NO MATTER WHAT – you do not renege on your commitment to yourself, be it daily exercise, daily meditation, or three weeks without caffeine.

And so to the 21 day transformation, here there are some options.

Option 1 – no sugar, no caffeine for 21 days – this is my personal challenge.

Option 2 – no internet or television (including smart phones for 21 days) – ok I’m only kidding, wipe that sweat from your brow.

Option 3 – If your challenge is with flexibility, daily stretches in addition to the basic ones, with the possibility of before and after photographs to note your own progress (and share if you would like to). If you would like to know which stretches would suit you best, please get in touch I would happily take you through them.

Option 4 – a health transformation of your own choosing.
