Ironing Board Glutes

This analogy doesn’t quite work the same way though as you will not end up with Glutes that look like an ironing board by practicing this technique…

Two. Your life is busy. I know this. Setting aside time for exercise is not necessarily an easy thing to do. So as you know I am very much an advocate of building exercise into your typical day, like getting off the bus one stop early, or engaging your abdominal muscles when you pick up the kids, or nieces etc…

This exercise then is one to do whilst ironing, (have you guessed?). Squeeze your Glutes. That is it. Keep them squeezed as much as possible. If you would like a posture sticker to place on your ironing board please let us know and we can, oh er I just thought of the association that would create in your mind, perhaps we won’t…

This technique can also be utilised whilst washing up, standing at the bus stop, or whilst painting your masterpiece…
