I can’t speak highly enough of Gary’s expertise, care and importantly his positive effect on my lower back.
I arrived having had many occupancies of bending over and this causing pain on one side of my back, effecting my ability to walk or bend down.
He took the time to properly understand my issues, describe my options, explain the process and then carry it out. He has also offered a range of exercises and general things to consider to maintain my back strength.
I’ve noticed much better mobility in my back since the beginning of the session block.

I got recommend to Gary by a friend after my back gave up after abusing it for 20 on trawlers out in the north sea!
I took to Gary as soon as I arrived at the office. A very calm and reassuring man who obviously knows his trade. He sat me down, asked me what was wrong-getting as much detail as possible too build up an accurate picture. He then did an initial assessment and scan before coming up with a plan that he explained very clearly and concisely.
I have now been getting treatment twice a week for a few months now and what a difference!! At one point I was struggling to walk and had to be signed off work and now I am pain free-a sensation I haven't felt for a long, long time!! And I can only see things continuing on this trend!
The one thing above all that will keep me going back to Gary is Gary himself! He is the very definition of a gentleman! Even when I had issues in my personal life Gary was extremely accommodating in moving appoints around to take stress away from me.
